We aim to collect the minimum amount of data necessary for the Bot to function.

• Technical Data (Automatically Collected via Discord): When you interact with the Bot, we automatically receive standard Discord identifiers, including your Discord User ID, the Channel ID where the command was issued, and the Server (Guild) ID. This is required for the Bot to send replies to the correct location.
• User-Provided Data: We collect the PUBG input data (e.g., PUBG usernames or player IDs) that you provide as arguments in bot commands in order to fetch the requested statistics.

2. What We DO NOT Collect

We do not collect your personal name, physical address, email address, phone number, passwords, or payment information. We do not access your private messages (DMs) unless you send a command directly to the Bot in a DM.

3. How We Use Information

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• To execute your commands and retrieve PUBG statistics from third-party APIs.
• To display the requested information back to you in the Discord channel.
• To maintain generic logs for debugging and improving the Bot's performance (e.g., tracking command usage frequency).

4. Data Retention and Storage

• Ephemeral Data: The PUBG usernames you enter are typically processed instantly to fetch data and are not stored permanently in a database.
• Caching: The Bot may temporarily cache retrieved PUBG statistics for a short period (e.g., a few minutes) to improve performance and reduce API calls.
• Logs: Technical logs containing User IDs and executed commands may be kept for a limited time for troubleshooting purposes and are subsequently deleted.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to outside parties.
However, to provide the service, the Bot must send the PUBG username you provided to the official PUBG API (operated by KRAFTON, Inc.) to retrieve stats. By using the Bot, you acknowledge this necessary data transfer.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request information about the data we hold about you (if any) or to request its deletion. Since we store minimal to no persistent data linked to users, simply ceasing to use the Bot is usually sufficient. For specific requests, please contact us.
